Let's take a look at your land

The next step is for our building consultant to visit your land or lot, and to prepare an estimate of the site costs such as clearing, grading, and utilities. Don't worry – we handle these details.

Customizing your home, your way

At Price Homes, you have the freedom to make changes to your plan so it fits your lifestyle. And you'll visit our brand new Design Center to select your personal touches.

Step 4

How much will it cost?

After you have selected a floor plan, added your personal touches, and your site costs have been estimated, then your sales counselor will give you a final price to build your dream home.

Step 5

Getting the paperwork to your lender

After you sign the Building Agreement, it's time for you to finalize the terms of your loan.

Step 6

Pre-construction meeting

After your loan is approved, you will meet with your sales counselor and building consultant to tour the building site, and to review the specifications of your home.

New home orientation
